About Lotterease
Coweta Charter Academy will be using a third-party system, Lotterease, to run our enrollment lottery for transparency and fairness. Since Lotterease is an independent system, school staff do not have the ability to manipulate or adjust the lottery outcome. In addition, all activity that takes place with your application is tracked in a history log that you can view at any time by logging into the Lotterease parent portal.
After our open registration period closes, we will be uploading all applications into Lotterease. At that time, you will receive emails from [email protected] that an account has been created for you and your child(ren) and that they were entered into the lottery. You will be able to login to your account and change the password once it is created. For future years, you can use this same account to apply for Coweta Charter Academy, so please keep your login information. Login here: https://www.lotterease.com/parent_login.html?account_id=1078
NOTE: Please be sure to add [email protected] as an email contact to ensure important emails do not go to spam.
Transparent and Fair
When you see the Lotterease Seal on a school website, you can be confident that your application will be included in the school lottery in a fair and transparent way.
That is because Lotterease is an independent automated lottery system that the school uses to manage their lottery and waitlist. Since Lotterease is an independent system, the school staff do not have the ability to manipulate or adjust the lottery outcome. They must work within the requirements of the system.
In addition, all activity that takes place with your application is tracked in a history log that you can view at any time by logging into the parent portal.
If the school you want your child to attend displays the Lotterease Seal of Transparency and Fairness, you can rest assured that you child will get their fair chance to attend the school.
Lottery Results
The 2024-2025 Lottery will run on February 28, 2024. You will receive communications (email and/or text) between February 28th and March 4th if your child was selected or waitlisted.
